1. Log in to your MyAlltel portal




2. Go to ‘Billing’ > ‘Update Payment Details’


 


 (Your current payment details will automatically be shown) 

 

3. Enter your new payment details with either a credit card or a bank account in the right tab. 

(Credit card transactions incur surcharge while direct debit to bank accounts do not.)




Note:

  • For a bank account, just type the 6-digit BSB and it will be saved.
  • For a credit card, the expiry date should be entered in 2 different bars as shown below








4. Click the “Save” button and wait for the confirmation.

(Your old payment details will automatically be deleted and will be replaced with the new one).
