When your calls divert to our Live Answering, our operators answer according to a standard procedure designed to capture all pertinent information. If a caller chooses to hang up or not to leave a message, we can't prevent them from doing so. This is a possibility in every business phone call, regardless of whether you have a receptionist or one of our operators answering the call.
