To download a spreadsheet of your messages, you can log in to the My Alltel portal and follow these steps:
- In the dashboard, go to "Reports"
- Select "Live Answering Call Log"
- Click on "Messages"
- Filter the range of dates you wish to see and wait for it to load.
- Once you have the desired range of messages, click "Export to CSV" (it will be converted into an excel file)
