To download a spreadsheet of your inbound calls, log in to the My Alltel portal and follow these steps:
- Click 'Reports' in the left-hand navigation menu
- Select 'Inbound Call Log'
- Find your service and click the 'History' button
- Filter the range of dates you wish to see. You can also adjust how many items to list per page.
- Once you've listed the call records you want, click the 'Export to CSV' button to download a spreadsheet of your call history.
