You can make various changes to your Live Answering service directly through your account on the My Alltel platform. After logging in using your email address, you can:
- Edit your business details such as trading hours and address
- Add additional SMS and email recipients
- Add additional questions to your live answering script
- Personalise your business greeting and sign off
- Add teams and departments
- Change your account password (Click here if you've forgotten your password)
You won't be charged for making changes through the My Alltel portal. All changes made there take effect immediately.
