You can make various changes to your Live Answering service directly through your account on the My Alltel platform. After logging in using your email address, you can:

  • Edit your business details such as trading hours and address
  • Add additional SMS and email recipients
  • Add additional questions to your live answering script
  • Personalise your business greeting and sign off
  • Add teams and departments
  • Change your account password (Click here if you've forgotten your password)

You won't be charged for making changes through the My Alltel portal. All changes made there take effect immediately.


Log In to My Alltel
